The Site does not include any user account. Software can be downloaded directly from the Site without registration.

5.2 License Management

The use of certain software requires the purchase of a license key, sent by email after purchase in accordance with the terms specific to each offer. The User is responsible for the safekeeping and confidentiality of their license key.

5.3 Secure Payments

Payments for the purchase of licenses are processed by a secure payment provider. LAUYAN SOFTWARE does not store Users' payment information. The User must ensure that the payment information they provide is accurate.

5.4 User Responsibility

The User is responsible for using the downloaded software in accordance with their license terms. They ensure that the information provided during the purchase is accurate and complete. Any fraudulent or unauthorized use of the software may result in the suspension or termination of access to the associated online services.

LAUYAN SOFTWARE offers support for questions related to the use of the software and license management. The User can send their requests to contact@lauyan.com.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY​‌​‍

6.1 Copyright and Related Rights

The content on the Site, including texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, and software, is protected by the French Intellectual Property Code and applicable international conventions. They are the property of LAUYAN SOFTWARE or its partners.
