In these Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter "TCU"), the following terms shall have the meaning attributed to them below:
The purpose of these TCU is to define the conditions of access and use of the Site and Services by the Users. They constitute a contract between the User and LAUYAN SOFTWARE. By accessing the Site, the User accepts these TCU without reservation.
The Site is published by LAUYAN SOFTWARE, a limited liability company (SARL) registered with the RCS of Versailles under number 482806155, whose registered office is located at 16 RUE DU GENERAL DE GAULLE, 78120 RAMBOUILLET, France. LAUYAN SOFTWARE reserves the right to modify these TCU at any time. The modifications will take effect upon their publication on the Site. The User is invited to regularly consult the TCU to be aware of any changes.
